Validation brief
Track Record
We score whether price moved with the signal direction at T+5, T+10, and T+20 — not dollar P&L. Use this to sanity-check the model; it is not a performance guarantee.
Outcome data will appear here after signals complete their first evaluation windows.
Building Track Record
Outcomes appear after signals pass their first evaluation windows. Check back after market close.
How We Measure Accuracy
Signal Generation
Each signal is recorded at the time it fires (6 AM or 10 AM ET). The direction (bullish/bearish/neutral) and conviction level are locked in at that moment.
Outcome Evaluation
At T+5, T+10, and T+20 trading days, we fetch the closing price and compare the actual return direction against the signal direction. A bullish signal is "correct" if the stock finished higher.
What We Show
Direction accuracy only — not return magnitude. We're measuring whether the system correctly identified the trend, not the size of the move. This is standard for quant signal evaluation.
Disclosure: Past performance does not guarantee future results. Track record data reflects algorithmic signal direction accuracy — not actual trading returns, which would include spreads, slippage, and timing differences. Alpha Pulsx signals are not personalized investment advice. Full Disclaimer
