Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the Alpha Pulsx Premium plan. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
All billing, subscription management, and payment processing are handled securely through Stripe. Alpha Pulsx does not directly process, handle, or store your payment card information.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Go to the Settings page and click "Manage Subscription"
- This will redirect you to the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel your subscription
Access continues: Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to all Premium features until the end of your current billing period. After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free tier.
No auto-renewal after cancellation: Once cancelled, your subscription will NOT automatically renew. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.
3. Refund Policy
No partial refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for the remaining days.
7-day money-back guarantee (first-time subscribers): As a goodwill gesture, first-time Premium subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription purchase. This 7-day guarantee applies only to the first-ever Premium subscription on your account and is a one-time courtesy. It does not apply to subscription renewals, re-subscriptions, or any subsequent billing cycles.
After 7 days: No refunds will be issued for any reason after the 7-day money-back period for first-time subscribers has passed. For renewal charges and non-first-time subscriptions, all sales are final.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you are eligible for a refund under the 7-day money-back guarantee, please:
- Email us at alphapulsx@gmail.com within 7 days of your initial purchase
- Include the email address associated with your Alpha Pulsx account
- Include the approximate date of your subscription purchase
We will process approved refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase, as processed through Stripe.
5. Exceptions and Additional Terms
We reserve the right to refuse or limit refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
- Multiple accounts created to exploit the 7-day money-back guarantee
- Repeated subscribe-and-refund patterns
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
In the event of a billing error or duplicate charge by Stripe, please contact us immediately and we will work with Stripe to resolve the issue and issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
